Ashley Napier is a current graduate student pursuing dual Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Higher Education at the University of Pennsylvania. She also works as Assistant to the Director of Perry World House at the University of Pennsylvania and serves as a Research Assistant for the Institute for Research on Higher Education (IRHE). Ashley’s research interests include public financing of higher education and the use of spatial data in informing policy. Ashley holds a BA in Public Policy and Finance from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA.
