On Tuesday, October 24, D.C. Policy Center Executive Director Yesim Sayin Taylor will participate in a panel discussion at the launch of the DC Office of Out-of-School Time Grants and Youth Outcomes. Taylor will discuss the findings of a needs assessment of out-of-school time (OST) programs in the District conducted by the D.C. Policy Center and commissioned by the United Way of the National Capital Area.
