On October 22, 2019, D.C. Policy Center executive Director Yesim Sayin Taylor was quoted by the Washington Business Journal:

“Lots of people are saying ‘where’s the money to build it?’ But that’s far less important … because the resources are in the land,” said Yesim Taylor, executive director of business-backed think tank D.C. Policy Center. “The idea that we’ll create more inclusive neighborhoods and that residents are not entitled to what their neighborhoods look like now, that’s so powerful.”
