Yvonne is the Operations Manager at the D.C. Policy Center, where she oversees the organization’s administrative, finance, human resources, and compliance functions.
Most recently, Yvonne served as Business Manager at Youth Invest Partners (formerly Venture Philanthropy Partners), where she managed office operations, financial management, HR administration, and federal grant compliance for more than 10 years. Earlier in her career, Yvonne served as an Office Administrator at Civitas Group LLC, where she established the office infrastructure, supervised administrative staff, and implemented systems that enhanced organizational performance and financial oversight.
Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
