Chelsea Coffin, Director of the D.C. Policy Center’s Education Policy Initiative, will present new findings at a poster session at a conference organized by The Lab @ DC on Tuesday, February 27, 2018, at 3:15 p.m. Her presentation will preview new findings from a study of D.C. students’ enrollment patterns at in-boundary and out-of-boundary public schools and public charter schools.
